I understand that the total in my cart is a deposit reserving the right to a share of beef. The deposit will be applied to the total balance due once the actual hanging weight is received from the processor.

I understand that the deposit is non-refundable.

I understand that the balance for my share of the beef after the deposit is applied will be due in the fall once the cattle are harvested and the processor gives me my share of the hanging weight.

I understand that this balance must be paid to Carroll Beef within 7 days of receiving the actual balance due.

I understand that I’m responsible for picking up and for paying the processor for my share of the processing and harvesting fees.

I understand that if I fail to meet any of these requirements that I will forfeit my deposit and the beef will be sold to another buyer.
